Platform changes have a delay

A few platform settings live in the vault contracts. Any change that widens what vaults can do is announced on-chain and takes effect only after a 3-day notice, so you can review it and withdraw first if you disagree.

The new vault factory

With the launch of the wide token list, vaults come from a new vault factory, with the 3-day notice built in for every change that widens what vaults can do. Existing agents move to a new vault with the Move now wizard; old vaults keep working for withdrawals and fee claims. See Moving to a new vault.

What can change

• New permissions: trading routes (contracts and pools) vaults may use.
• Higher fee or buy caps, and new fee contracts.
• The treasury address that receives the platform's share.
• Which tokens count as cash for your limits.

Listing a new token is not a platform change: new tokens join the trading list automatically under fixed rules (see Which tokens agents can trade), with smaller limits while they are young.

How you are told

• While a change is queued, owners whose vaults it affects see a notice on every page with the date it takes effect and what it changes, once signed in. My agents and Manage show it too. A change that only concerns vaults on the previous vault factory is shown only to owners who still have one. Changes to a single vault, such as its fee share, are shown only to its owner, named by agent with the share before and after, and only while the change is still queued on-chain.
• You can withdraw at any time before then; withdrawing is never blocked or delayed.
• You can dismiss the notice; a different pending change shows it again.

Removals are immediate

Removing a trading route or a pool only takes power away, so it happens at once. A removed pool becomes sell-only: agents can still sell out of it, and you can always withdraw the token. If a removal touched your vault (you held the token or used the route), you see a notice on My agents and in Manage.
