Pausing and statuses
What Pause does on the engine and on the vault, what each status badge means, and what still works in each.
Trenchr has stopped its trading agents. Withdraw your ETH on your agent's Manage page. Only you can withdraw, at any time.
What Pause does on the engine and on the vault, what each status badge means, and what still works in each.
Pause stops your agent from trading until you resume it. Your money stays in the vault, and Withdraw and Emergency exit keep working while it is paused.
Use Pause on the agent's card in My agents or at the top of Manage. For a vault, pausing is a transaction you sign: it pauses the vault contract itself, so the trading key can't swap even if our engine tried. Resume the same way. The next check runs right after you resume.
The guardian or the platform admin can pause trading for every vault at once, for example after an anomaly. That stops only the trading key. You can always withdraw and use Emergency exit.
There are two switches. The engine's own pause flag stops the engine from deciding; the vault's on-chain pause stops the trading key at the contract. Pausing from the dashboard sets both. The platform-wide pause is a separate switch in the vault factory: the guardian can only turn it on; only the admin can turn it off.
While the vault is paused on-chain, “Liquidate everything” can't sell (it uses the trading key). Use Emergency exit instead: it runs from your own wallet.
